Job Details

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Days
• Hours: 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week
• Work Days: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Call Requirements: Call and holiday coverage as scheduled
• Dress Code: Red uniforms
• Facility Equipment: Philips MRI Scanner, GE Scanner, Epic EMR, McKesson imaging system
• MRI Scanners on Campus: 7

Job Description

• Perform quality MRI procedures under supervision of a radiologist to provide accurate imaging for diagnosis and treatment.
• Participate in teaching and research related to MRI.
• Demonstrate active involvement in the department.
• Communicate effectively and handle challenging customer interactions, escalating to management when necessary.
• Ability to multi-task is required.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of MRI experience.
• ARRT MRI certification required.
• Minimum 1 year experience at a Level I Trauma Hospital.
• Experience with Philips MRI equipment.
• Proficient with computers, including basic navigation and email applications.

Additional Information

• 12 hours of non-billable orientation (guaranteed hours do not apply during orientation).
• Call-off policy allows up to 36 hours off every 13 weeks.
• Candidates must be located outside a 100-mile radius; local candidates are not accepted.
