Case Manager RN Job Summary

Location

Omaha, Nebraska

Contract

13 weeks
40 hours per week
8-hour day shifts
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Required Qualifications

RN license
BLS certification
Experience with acute care coordination and discharge planning
Experience with MCG/InterQual reviews
Driver’s license required at submittal

Work Setting

Case Management
Inpatient nursing units, with potential coverage for ED and Maternity

Schedule and Time Off

No weekend shifts
No holiday shifts
Up to 7 days of RTO must be submitted upfront; additional RTO will not be approved

Orientation

3 to 5 days of unit/department-specific orientation

Additional Notes

Candidates must live more than 50 miles away
Candidates cannot be full-time, part-time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit
Artificial nails are prohibited in patient care areas
There is a pass/fail exam during orientation for RN candidates
