Job Description

As a Mental Health Coordinator, you will plan and provide clinical mental health services of a non-medical nature. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting mental health screenings and assessments through record reviews and clinical interviews.
• Developing, implementing, and modifying individual treatment plans based on evaluations of needs and functioning levels.
• Documenting treatment and evaluation activities in health care records.
• Maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Applying psychological counseling theories and techniques in treatment and activities.
• Providing mental health assessments, counseling, and crisis interventions.

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related clinical field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years clinical experience, including at least 2 years in a comparable position.
• Current and valid LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license/certification in the state of California.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license preferred (if required by contract or statute).
