Registered Nurse - Observation Unit

Location: Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin
Employment Type: Staffing - Supplier Sourced
Contract Length: 12 weeks (87 days ≈ 12 weeks)
Shift: 12-hour nights, every other weekend, float as needed

Job Summary

Provide nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for adult patients in an inpatient observation unit. Deliver care in accordance with professional nursing standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Direct Observation Unit (DOU) within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association

Work Environment & Schedule

• Inpatient observation unit
• 12-hour night shifts
• Work every other weekend
• Float to other units as needed
