Contract Length: 26 weeks

Perform routine and complex echocardiographic sonography imaging procedures following departmental guidelines.
Ensure imaging quality by critiquing positioning, technical factors, and alignment.
Review patient data for accuracy, quality, and completeness.
Document studies accurately and completely in electronic systems.
Cross-train in other divisions of Cardiovascular Services.
Administer contrast agents when needed and not contraindicated.
Complete documentation and preliminary information for physician review.
Participate in on-call rotation during weekdays and weekends.
Provide compassionate care and quality studies to patients.
Perform all forms of Echo testing including:
- Exercise Stress Echo
- Dobutamine Stress Echo
- Standard Echoes
- Pediatric Echoes
- Transesophageal Echoes
Demonstrate a willingness to learn and advance knowledge in all aspects of echocardiography.

Minimum 3 years of experience as an Echo Tech.
Positive attitude with a willingness to assess and improve the work environment.
Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks while coordinating patient flow.

Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) through ARDMS OR Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (CCI).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
