May occasionally be mandated for additional call
30-minute response time for call back

Contract is eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours

GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of orientation
Guaranteed hours do not apply during holidays when the unit is closed
During flu season, anyone declining flu and COVID vaccination must wear a mask at all times; compliance is mandatory
