Overview

Travel Registered Nurse position in Albany, Georgia
12-hour weekend nights
Start date: ASAP
Contract length: 8 weeks
Guaranteed hours: 48 hours per week
Primary location: Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany, GA

Schedule and assignment details

Every weekend required
Must work 2 out of 3 holidays
On-call/call-back is rare
First week of orientation is day shift
Cannot have RTO within 2 weeks of starting, and no more than 7 days of RTO total
Float scope includes all acute care and cardio for medical patients, and Emergency Center for acute care patient holds
Potential float to North Campus
Patient ratio: 1:6 on days and nights
CNA support is available

Required qualifications

GA or compact RN license
AHA BLS
AHA NIHSS
Associate degree
2+ years of recent experience on a Medical-Surgical unit
Recent experience with Sickle Cell
PIV insertion experience
Must have completed 1 travel assignment
Meditech Expanse experience is required

Preferred qualifications

Bachelor’s degree
AHA ACLS

Additional notes

HCA Meditech experience will not be accepted
Scrub color: Caribbean blue or white
