Minimum Qualifications 
<ul><li>Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.</li><li>Active Maryland PTA license required to start the assignment.</li><li>BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross preferred.</li><li>Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.</li><li>Experience with restorative nursing programs, ADL training, and mobility aids preferred.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.</li><li>Shift: Days.</li><li>Shift hours: 08:30–16:30.</li><li>Shift pattern: 5x8.</li><li>Floating requirement: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities as needed.</li></ul>

The community is about 15 miles southeast of downtown Washington, D.C., and roughly 12 miles from National Harbor along the Potomac River. Visitors and residents can access Suitland Parkway and the Capital Beltway within a short drive, providing commuter connections to museums, federal agencies, and the D.C. entertainment districts. The area is within 30–60 minutes of Greenbelt Park and Patuxent River Park, offering hiking, picnic areas, and waterfront activities suitable for an adventurous or suburban lifestyle.
