Overview
- Job type: Temporary

- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Coverage area: Rutherford County
- On-call/weekend: 1 weekend per month minimum, with LPN backup
- Productivity expectation: 30 points

Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Tennessee
- Hospice experience within the last year
- 3 years of hospice experience
- Experience in a Home Health setting
- BLS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care and rehabilitation support to clients
- Assess client needs and supervise/motivate staff
- Identify and address psychosocial needs, safety, and physical comfort
- Perform nursing procedures within scope and training
- Observe, document, and report pertinent patient information
- Teach clients, families, and auxiliary nursing personnel
- Evaluate client care outcomes
