- Unit: Neuro & Trauma Rehabilitation (Floor 6S)
- Trauma Level: 1
- Number of Beds: 26
- Patient Ratios: Approximately half census case load
- Patient Population: Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF)
- Common Diagnoses/Treatments: Stroke, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), hip fractures, trauma, acute renal failure (ARF), wound care, amputation
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Colorado
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Minimum 1 year of case management experience, including acute hospital case management
- Case management experience within the last year
- Utilization Review experience
Contract Length
- 4 weeks (interpreted as 4 weeks based on contract length value)
Dress Code
- Business casual/professional attire (scrubs acceptable)
Note: No call or float requirements. This is a travel assignment in a Level 1 trauma neuro and trauma rehab unit.
