• Shift: AM (starts at 6:45 AM)
• Weekly Hours: 36 hours guaranteed
• Weekend Hours: Every other weekend
• Call Requirements: None
• Patient Ratio: 6:1
• Unit Beds: 30
• EMR System: Cerner
• Float Requirements: As needed

Required Certifications

• AHA BLS
• AHA NIH

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in specialty (Ortho/Surgery Post-op)

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong time management
• Positive attitude
• Strong work ethic and attendance
• Bedside shift report required
• Preferred experience in Med Surg, orthopedics, post-op care
• Ability to work in a very fast-paced unit
• Quick thinking, confident, and hardworking personality

Dress Code

• Scrub color: Navy
• No long nails, gel nails, wrapped nails, dipped nails, or any fake nails allowed
