Location: Kennewick, Washington (Tri-Cities area)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Facility & Unit Overview

Located in southeastern Washington, serving Kennewick, Pasco, and Richland
111-bed teaching hospital
ICU Unit located on 2nd Floor
Medical ICU with minimal cardiac cases
Patient population includes sepsis, respiratory, some cardiac, and trauma patients
14 ICU beds
Patient ratio: 1:2, CN free of patients
Equipment includes occasional use of IABP
Electronic Health Record system: Paragon

Position Details

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU Specialty
Shift: 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Weekly guaranteed hours: 36
Weekend hours: every other weekend
Call requirements: None
Number of openings: 1

Requirements

Experience: 1-2 years, with at least 1 year preferred in Medical ICU
Certifications:
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- NIH Certification
Licensure: Registered Nurse License (RN)
Preferred skills: Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
