- Unit: PICU (20 beds)
- Staffing:
- Day Shift: 1 charge nurse, 9 bedside RNs, 1 PCT
- Night Shift: 1 charge nurse, 9 bedside RNs
- Patient Ratios: 1:2 or 1:1
- Equipment: Philips monitors, Alaris and Medfusion IV pumps
- EMR System: Meditech
Required Skills
- Care of respiratory failure (including ETT, HFOV)
- Central line maintenance and care
Preferred Skills
- Post-op cardiac experience
- Venous puncture
