Position Details

  • Specialty: Registered Nurse (RN)

  • Contract Length: 13 weeks
  • Shift/Workdays: To be discussed during the interview (including weekend rotation options)
  • Call Requirements: To be discussed during the interview
  • Guaranteed Hours: 36 to 40 hours per week

Unit Specifics

  • Documentation system: Meditech
  • Floating policy: As needed

Required Qualifications

  • Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years in nursing specialty
  • Certifications: ACLS, AWHONN, BLS, NRP
  • Licenses: Registered Nurse License (valid in Texas)

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with specialty/unit certifications and procedures relevant to the unit (details to be discussed)

Dress Code & Appearance Standards

  • Scrub color requirements apply (details to be provided)
  • Nail policy: Clean and healthy nails; no artificial nails, gel, or similar enhancements
  • Hair: Neat and clean; no extreme styles or colors; hair shoulder length or longer must be pulled back in lab areas
  • Facial hair: Beards, mustaches, and sideburns must be clean and neatly trimmed
  • Tattoos: Should be covered whenever possible; exceptions addressed individually
  • Piercings: Only ear piercings allowed; visible piercings such as nose or tongue rings are prohibited
