Employment Type: Travel Contract (13 weeks)

Unit Information

• Department: Nuclear Medicine
• Facility Floor: Basement, Building B
• Equipment: 3 GE Cameras, including dedicated cardiac and SPECT

Job Description

• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic scans
• Perform a variety of nuclear medicine procedures including:

  • Cardiac scans
  • Lexiscan
  • Adenosine
  • VQ Scans
  • WBC Scans
  • HIDA
  • MUGA
  • GI Bleed
  • Octreo
  • MIBG
  • Y90
  • Zephyr

Schedule

• Shifts are 8 hours, typically between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM
• Weekends and on-call duties required

Required Qualifications

• Certifications:

  • CNMT, ARRT NM, or NMTCB
  • BLS certification
• IV certification and general Nuclear Medicine training from an accredited program
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Nuclear Medicine specialty

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SPECT
• EKG certification
