Valid LPN / LVN license in Alabama
LPN / LVN (1 year of experience)
LPN / LVN experience within the last year
BLS
NIHSS
IV Certification
Med Surg experience
Experience with Cerner

Role Details

Medical Surgical Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse (LPN or LVN)
Provides delegated aspects of direct patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse
May include physical examination and data collection, ADLs, education, medication administration, peripheral IV therapy, discharge planning, implementation of physician’s orders, and documentation
