Number of Beds: 33
Patient Ratio: 5:1
Staffing: Charge nurse, RNs, Techs, Secretary
Documentation System: Meditechs
Scheduling: Every other weekend required; requests for time off and special scheduling considered
Floating Policy: Travelers rotate floating duties as needed
Patient Experience: White Boards must be filled out

Job Description

Work in a regular medical/surgical unit
Basic medical-surgical knowledge required
Advanced skills needed (not specified)
Procedures typical of a med/surg area
Dress Code: Navy blue, black, royal blue, or any gray scrubs

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Tennessee
Minimum of 1 year of medical-surgical nursing experience within the last year
BLS certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
