Overview

Shift: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Guaranteed hours: 36
Weekend schedule: 1:4 weekends, 12-hour shifts
Call: One overnight trauma call from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM; specialty team call follows team rules

Required Qualifications

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
2 years of experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist
Certified Surgical Technologist experience within the last year
3 years of Level 1 trauma experience
Competency in Robotics (DaVinci Xi)
Competency in PCNLs
Competency in Nephrectomy
Competency in Ureteral Reimplants
Competency in Hysterectomy
Competency in Cystectomy
Competency in Colpocleisis
Competency in Hysteroscopy
Competency in Ureteroscopy

Clinical Experience

Experience with gynecology and genitourinary procedures
Competence with robotics, including DaVinci Xi
Experience with pediatric through geriatric patients

Work Environment

Level One Trauma Center
Operating room setting
Fast-paced, high-stress environment
