Location: Greenfield, Indiana
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Work in a multi-specialty outpatient surgery center with 4 operating rooms.
Average of 15-30 cases per day (around 20 typical).
Common specialties include Orthopedics, ENT, GI, Urology, General Surgery, Gynecology, Plastics, and occasional Spine cases.
Fast-paced environment requiring a team player who is self-motivated.

Valid RN license in Indiana
Minimum 2 years of Operating Room (OR) experience, including experience within the last year
ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
BLS certification
PALS certification issued by the American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing

Typical shifts:
- 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Shift assignments are managed by the manager based on unit needs.
No weekend, holiday, or overnight call required.
Call response time: 30 minutes for every other Friday night call.

24/7 charge nurse/house supervisor support available; supervisors may take assignments after orientation.
Floating between OR and PACU or Pre/Post-op areas is expected.
Orientation typically lasts 1 week, often completed in 2 days.
Uniform: Single scrub color for all specialties.
EMR system used: Meditech.

Candidates who have worked permanently at this facility within the last 6 months are not eligible.
Schedule example: 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (6:30 AM – 7:00 PM), Monday, Thursday, Friday.
