Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (RN) – Operating Room Tech Specialty

Location: Williston, North Dakota
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Position Overview

• Specialty focus: Operating Room Tech with experience in General, OBGYN, and Orthopedics cases
• Work environment includes 2 operating suites with an average of 9 cases per day involving adults and pediatrics
• Shift: Day shift, 8-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Scheduling: Block scheduling with weekend and holiday on-call requirements
• Orientation: 5 shifts of unit/department-specific orientation provided
• Electronic Medical Record system used: Meditech
• Charge nurse present on each shift who does not take patient assignments
• No direct clinical involvement required for this role

Required Qualifications

• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• North Dakota UAP (Unlicensed Assistive Personnel) certification
• Experience in General, OBGYN, and Orthopedic surgical cases is required
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to assist team members

Additional Information

• Radius rule: Candidates must live within 50 miles and must not have been employed full-time, part-time, or PRN with any related facilities within the past 12 months
• Return to Office (RTO) is required upfront; no additional RTO approvals after submission
• On-call duties are part of the position requirements

Hours

• 36 hours per week (8 hours per day, Monday through Friday with call as needed)
