Every other weekend
Standby required

Required Qualifications

RN license for Washington
BLS certification
4:1 ratio experience
Med/Surg Telemetry experience

Unit Details

ED/Trauma Center ER Observation
8-16 beds/trauma bays
8-16 patients per day
RN’s monitor their own telemetry
In-house security
Charge nurse/house supervisor present
Nurse aides, paramedics, and patient sitters present
House transporters available
Lab draw used for phlebotomy/nurse draw
Navy blue scrubs

Floating

Primary assignment is St Joseph Medical Center
May float throughout Region Two, including St. Clare Hospital – Lakewood, WA; St. Elizabeth Hospital – Enumclaw, WA; and St Joseph Medical Center – Tacoma, WA

Great schedule, got sent home early a lot, living in Tacoma is easy, commuting to work is a breeze, parking is free in the parking garage
