Overview
- Travel contract in Santa Maria, California
- 13 weeks
- Day shift, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- 2 full years of experience
- Active BLS certification
- California license
- Experience with OASIS
- 1 year of experience working in PT/OT/Speech
Schedule
- Majority of work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Every 3rd weekend required
- Minor holidays required; major holidays only if needed
Work Setting
- Home-based care
- Assigned to a geographical region
Additional Details
- Business attire with a white lab coat
- No jeans
- Mileage is not paid
- Floor-specific orientation is 1.5 to 2 weeks
- Home setting experience is preferred but not required
