Clinic Care Coordinator - Nursing

Location: Fort Defiance, Arizona
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Position within the Surgery Outpatient Clinic to collaborate with nursing staff and providers for patient care.
Occasional floating to other departments where qualified, which may include taking a patient load or performing task-oriented duties such as answering call lights and phones.
Work schedule: Weekdays, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break. No weekends or holidays.

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Minimum of 3 years of case management experience, including experience within the last year
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Additional Information

New employee orientation is scheduled every other Monday. Missing compliance deadlines will delay the start date to the next orientation.
