Job Opportunity: Pre-Op/PACU Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Arcata, California
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Monday - Friday, day shift
Hours per Week: 40 hours (guaranteed)
Call: Shared call coverage including nights and weekends

Job Description

Provide nursing care in Pre-Operative and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) settings.
Participate in shared call responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in California
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Minimum 2 years of Pre-Op and PACU (Post Anesthesia Care) experience
Pre-Op and PACU experience within the last year
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
