Location: Hilo, Hawaii
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Valid LPN / LVN license in Hawaii.
Minimum 2 years of LPN / LVN experience, including experience within the last year.
Experience in a Long Term Care setting.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Prior travel experience is required.
Flu vaccination can be administered during employee health clearance appointment.
Timely arrival before start date is mandatory; do not accept the start date if unable to comply.
