Overview

Performs laboratory testing in chemical, microscopic, microbiological, blood bank, hematological, and serological areas.
Responsible for interpreting results, monitoring quality control procedures, maintaining a fully operational laboratory environment, and supporting rapid, reliable lab results.
Maintains proficiency in venous phlebotomy procedures.
Participates in routine operation of equipment and instrumentation.

Required Qualifications

Valid Clinical Lab Scientist (CLS) license in California
Clinical Lab Scientist (CLS) experience within the last year
1 year of Clinical Lab Scientist (CLS) experience
ASCP
Bachelor's degree in a related field

Experience

2 years of Medical Technology experience preferred
