RN General OR - Day Shift - Zanesville, Ohio

Overview

• Employment type: Contract
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Day shift
• Hours: 36 or 40 hours per week, decided during the phone screening

Schedule and Call

• Rotating call schedule with weekend and weekday call that mirrors the general staff call rotation, split between Call 1 and Call 2
• Possible holiday call if a holiday falls within the contract
• Call rotation is based on current patient census and staffing and may vary if census or staffing changes significantly
• The facility may cancel up to 36 hours during the 13-week contract. These hours are not limited to 12-hour shifts and will be marked on the facility time report.

Requirements

• Valid RN license in Ohio
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum of 3 years of OR Circulate experience
• OR Circulate experience within the last year

Preferred Qualifications

• Robotic, Neuro, and Ortho experience
• EMR proficiency (software familiarity)

Additional Notes

• Candidates with minimal to no requested time off (RTO) will receive priority consideration.
• All RTO must be disclosed at submission and included on the confirmation page to be honored.
