Location: Jackson, Michigan
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM (12-hour shifts)
Hours per Week: 36

Provide leadership in coordinating and delivering quality, compassionate patient care.
Utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and patient/family teaching.
Communicate pertinent patient and family information effectively to the healthcare team.
Participate in identifying and implementing solutions for variances from patient goals.

Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Progressive Care Unit (PCU), including at least 1 year within the last year.
Experience with medication drips.
Telemetry nursing experience.

Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited school of nursing.

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
