Job Opportunity: Respiratory Therapist - Pediatrics

Location: Hershey, Pennsylvania
Employment Type: Long Term Contract (13 weeks)

Job Details

Specialty: Pediatrics
Shift: 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), weekdays and weekends
Schedule: Every third weekend required
Expected Weekly Hours: 36 hours
On-Call: No

Required Qualifications

License: Pennsylvania Respiratory Therapist (RT) license
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (PALS and BLS specifically required for children’s hospital postings)
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in respiratory care, including mechanical ventilator management
- Experience in large facility and trauma settings preferred
- Intermediate care and ICU experience preferred
Skills: Basic respiratory care with mechanical ventilator management skills
