Registered Nurse - Critical Care (Float)

Location: Trenton, New Jersey
Contract Length: 8 weeks

Job Description

Float position within Critical Care Unit (CCU Float Pool)
Will float between multiple campuses as needed
Schedule includes every other weekend and every other holiday

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in New Jersey
Minimum 2+ years of ICU (Intensive Care Unit) experience, including experience within the last year
Minimum 2+ years of MST experience
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Required Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)
Flu vaccination required (no declination accepted)

Additional Information

EMR system used: Cerner
Scrub color: Navy Blue
Background checks, drug screening, competency exams, and various mandatory trainings required
Immunizations and health screenings required (Hepatitis B, MMR, TB, Varicella, Influenza)
