Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Room

Location: Inglewood, California
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (Per Diem)
Contract Length: 26 weeks
Shift: Day shift, 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM)
Start Date: January 17
Schedule Requirements: Must be able to work weekends. Preference for candidates available through end of January and first week of February.

Job Description

Provide nursing care in the Emergency Department.
Must meet minimum compliance requirements prior to starting.
Full compliance profile must be completed within two weeks after start date.

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Department (ED) experience within the last year
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by American Heart Association or Red Cross
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification issued by American Heart Association or Red Cross
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Experience in an Acute Care setting
Experience with MEDITECH electronic health record system
