Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Room
Location: Inglewood, California
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (Per Diem)
Contract Length: 26 weeks
Shift: Day shift, 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM)
Start Date: January 17
Schedule Requirements: Must be able to work weekends. Preference for candidates available through end of January and first week of February.
Job Description
- Provide nursing care in the Emergency Department.
- Must meet minimum compliance requirements prior to starting.
- Full compliance profile must be completed within two weeks after start date.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
- Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Department (ED) experience within the last year
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by American Heart Association or Red Cross
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification issued by American Heart Association or Red Cross
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Experience in an Acute Care setting
- Experience with MEDITECH electronic health record system
