Registered Nurse - Electrophysiology
Location: Syracuse, New York
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Varied shifts including:
- 4 to 10 hour shifts (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
- 5 to 8 hour shifts (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
Schedule Details: No weekends, no holidays, no on-call required
Job Description
- Work in the Electrophysiology Lab as an RN.
- Must have prior electrophysiology (EP) experience.
- Use of Epic electronic health record system.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
Required Qualifications
Licensure & Certifications
- Valid RN license in New York.
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association.
- ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association.
- CPI certification.
Education
- Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing.
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of Electrophysiology Lab experience.
- Electrophysiology Lab experience within the last year.
Additional Information
- Specialty exam must be completed within one year.
- Agency will provide the skills checklist for clinical contractors.
- Mask fit testing must be documented with brand and model number.
- No weekend, holiday, or on-call shifts required.
This position is ideal for experienced Electrophysiology RNs seeking a 13-week assignment with varied day shifts and no weekend or holiday work.
