Registered Nurse (RN) license for Medical/Surgical/Telemetry specialty
BLS Certification
Nursys verification and license/certificate verification
Completion of Bassett Core Competencies, Unit Exam, and Skills Checklist
Required immunizations and health screenings including:
- MMR
- Fit Test
- Hepatitis B
- Influenza Vaccine
- TB Test and Annual TB Questionnaire
- Varicella
- Physical/Health Statement
- Drug Screen
Driver's License or State ID
Two professional references
Criminal background check, resume, education and employment verification
National and State Sex Offender Registry checks
Completion of Bassett Security Credentials Acknowledgement Form and Confidentiality Agreement
