Job Opportunity: CT Technologist (Travel)

Location: Middleburg, Florida
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• No call required
• No weekend shifts
• Easter availability required

Required Credentials & Certifications

• Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiologic Technology
• Preferred: CT certification
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (must be AHA)
• Current license with primary source verification within 30 days prior to assignment
• Ascension Core Competencies (HIPAA, Joint Commission NPSG, OSHA topics) completed within a year of start, updated yearly
• Ascension Medical Imaging Contract Worker Onboarding and Education Attestation
• Documented proof of two MMR vaccines or positive IGG titer (no declinations accepted)
• Fit Test (preferred prior to start, required for all travelers)
• Hepatitis B vaccination series completion or signed declination
• Influenza vaccine (seasonal; exemptions accepted with mask requirement)
• Positive IGRA or PPD results, negative chest X-ray within a year, and TB questionnaire completed
• Health statement or completed physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually
• Driver’s License/State ID (must be valid and match address requirements)
• 2 Step PPD or IGRA test within required timeframes
• Varicella immunity documentation or vaccination (no declinations accepted)
• Tdap vaccination valid within 10 years (no declinations accepted)
• Ascension 12 Panel Drug Screen completed within 30 days prior to start, updated annually
• Verification of education relevant to clinical work within 90 days prior to start
• Ascension Profile (resume or professional profile)
• At least two professional references completed prior to first assignment
• Criminal background check including Social Security Trace, OIG Search, National Sex Offender, and other required screenings within 30 days prior to first assignment
• EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check within 90 days prior to start
• Ascension Skills Checklist completed within one year of start, updated annually
• Confirmation of assignment documentation on agency letterhead
• Employment verification for the past seven years
• Ascension Badge Photo (forward-facing headshot with white or blue background, no alterations)
