Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Iowa
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Med Surg (2 years of experience)
Med Surg experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Experience with Epic
Driver's License
Not employed by the facility’s health system within the last 12 months
Work history/resume
Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission date
License verification
Copy of required certifications
1 supervisory reference at time of submission
Taxable address outside 50 miles from the facility
