Work Schedule

• Day shift, 5 days a week, 8 hours per day (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
• Includes 1 weekend day per week
• Willingness to work weekends and evenings required

Required Qualifications

• Valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker license in California
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker experience within the last year
• One year or more of total travel experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Required Certifications

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California

Background and Compliance Requirements

• Criminal background check within 1 year, updated annually, including statewide, nationwide, sex offender, social security trace, and federal searches
• Government-issued photo ID required
• Physical exam within 1 year, updated annually
• Negative 10-panel drug screen within 1 year, updated annually (includes Amphetamines, Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, Cocaine, Opiates, PCP)
• Immunizations and titers required or declination forms accepted for:

  • TB test (negative PPD, TSpot, or QGold within 1 year)
  • Rubeola (Measles)
  • Mumps
  • Rubella
  • Varicella
  • Hepatitis B (series or declination; titer not accepted)
  • Hepatitis C titer preferred; declination accepted with reason
  • Seasonal Flu vaccination or signed declination (required by December 5)
  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap or Pertussis titer if unable to vaccinate
• N95 mask fit testing within 1 year, renewed annually (PAPR documentation accepted if N95 fit test failed)
• Signed HIPAA acknowledgment required

Documentation and Verification

• Two professional references within 1 year from leadership roles (e.g., Department Manager, Supervisor)
• Verification of employment for the past 3 years (cannot pend at start)
• Signed confidentiality agreement within 72 hours of signing offer
• Completion of facility-specific job description acknowledgment prior to start
• Completion of orientation packets and acknowledgment forms as required
• Signed acknowledgment of workplace violence prevention and sexual violence/harassment policies

Additional Information

• Must be willing to complete required modules and competency exams as part of orientation
• Must review and sign facility-specific policies and safety manuals prior to start
• Candidates must comply with masking policies based on vaccination status
• Physical and health requirements are not required for off-site medical coders or auditors (not applicable here)
• First Day Instructions and onboarding details will be provided prior to start
