Job Summary
Seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for an outpatient therapy/rehabilitation role in a short-term acute care setting. The position requires a 1:1 patient ratio and does not require floating between units, on-call duties, weekends, or block schedules.

Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in Oregon
- Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy Assistant experience within the last year
Certifications (Must be current and valid)
- ACLS (American Heart Association or Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation)
- BLS (American Heart Association or Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation)
- PALS (American Heart Association or Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation)
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) if applicable
- Other specialty certifications as required by clinical track
Additional Requirements
- Completion of required WorkRamp modules prior to start (specialty and regional specific)
- Passport-style badge photo with neutral background
- Compliance with Oregon state-specific background and abuse/neglect checks as applicable
- Competency exams and skills checklists as required by specialty and unit
- Float policy acknowledgement (may be required to float to other units within reasonable distance)
Work Environment
- No on-call, weekend, or block schedule requirements
- Expected patient ratio: 1:1
- Scrub color: Any (scrubs provided for OR, critical care, ED, PACU, maternal child units)
