Location: Charleston, South Carolina
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Provide and coordinate home nursing care according to physician orders and agency policies.
Directly supervise and evaluate Home Health Aides and Licensed Practical Nurses/Licensed Vocational Nurses.
Conduct home visits with an average caseload of 5-8 patients per day.
Types of cases include Start of Care, Wound Care, Follow-up Visits, etc.
Participate in interdisciplinary group (IDG) meetings.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with one day of backup call during the week and backup call one weekend per month at most.
Must be willing to travel up to 75 miles from the home clinic, covering Charleston, Berkeley, and Dorchester counties.
Expected weekly travel: approximately 150+ miles.
Charting and documentation using HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) and OASIS (RNs required to be proficient).

Dress code: Scrubs.
No guaranteed hours; patient census may fluctuate.
Local candidates accepted at the same rate.
Pending licenses are not accepted.
Weekend and on-call requirements vary; backup call includes one day per week and one weekend per month at most.
