Schedule

• Night shift: 4x12 hours, 19:00–7:30
• 48 hours per week
• On call: No
• Weekends: Yes, 3 weekends (Fri-Sun) per 4-week schedule
• Floating: Peds possible

Contract

• 14 weeks
• Start date: ASAP
• Locals accepted

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Michigan
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
• ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• PALS issued by American Heart Association
• TNCC
• NIHSS
• Experience working with Level 1 Trauma patients
• Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias
• Experience with Epic

Preferred Qualifications

• ENPC
• First-time travelers accepted
• Experience with continuous IV sedation and procedural sedation administration
• Triage experience

• Emergency Department
• Level 1 Trauma Center
• Stroke Center
• Heart Center
• Pediatric Emergency Department
• High patient ratios: 1:5–6, up to 8 depending on volume and holidays

Additional Notes

• RTO must be submitted at time of submittal; no additional RTO will be approved later
• No RTO allowed: 10/31, 12/18–12/28
• Modules are completed onsite at orientation and are not billable
• Candidate must acknowledge high ratios
