Job Overview

Travel/contract role in Richmond, Virginia
13-week assignment
Night shift: 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
36 hours per week
Every other weekend and 2 holidays per contract
Locals are allowed at the same rate

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Virginia
PCU - Progressive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
BLS issued by American Heart Association
PALS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience with Epic

Additional Requirements

Government-issued photo ID
Complete application/resume
Background check
Drug screening
Physical exam within 1 year
TB screening and TB questionnaire
Tdap
Measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella titers
Hepatitis B titer, vaccine series, or declination
Flu vaccination or approved exemption
HIPAA acknowledgement
Color blindness testing
Abuse reporting competency
Medication/pharmacology competency exam, as applicable
Annual skills checklist
Annual TB questionnaire
Annual skills and competency-related updates may be required during onboarding

Orientation / Onboarding Notes

Orientation includes unit-specific testing and learning modules
Modules must be completed by the Friday of orientation week
Photo ID must be carried while on duty
