Overview

Travel/contract RN role in Columbia, Missouri
Night shift: 3x12 hours, 18:45–07:15
36 hours per week
Alternating weekends and holidays
Floating between ED and ED Observation

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Missouri
ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Level I trauma experience

Preferred Qualifications

Pediatric ED experience
CPI

Work Setting

Level 1 trauma, stroke, and STEMI emergency department
Pediatric ED is inside the main ED
Psych center is associated with the ED, but this role will not float there

Additional Notes

First-time travelers may be accepted if they have Level I trauma experience
Physical work includes ambulating, reaching, and moving objects over 20 lbs
Rotating shifts, holidays, and inclement weather coverage may be required
