Job Overview
- Location: Walla Walla, Washington

Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Washington
- Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Driver's License
- Experience with Homecare Homebase
- Experience with OASIS
Work Expectations
- Average patient load: 5–7 patients per day
- Guaranteed hours: 30 visits weekly with a 40-hour weekly guarantee
- Charting must be completed by 9:00 a.m. the following morning
- Timely documentation and communication are required
Additional Details
- Locals are accepted at travel rate
- Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
- iPad provided
- Cell phone not provided
- Dress code: scrubs of any color; no jeans
