Job Overview
- Travel/contract role
- Night shift: 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
- Every other weekend required
- Some holidays may be required based on operational need
- Start dates listed: 8/31 or 9/14
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Wisconsin
- Med Surg / Telemetry (2 years of experience)
- Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience in an Acute Care setting
- Experience with Epic
Schedule Details
- Variable days
- Weekend coverage is Friday through Sunday
Compliance / Onboarding
- Background check and state caregiver screening required
- Wisconsin BID form required
- Employment application required
- References required
- Skills checklist required
- Health screening and immunization documentation required before start, including TB, MMR, varicella, hepatitis B, and flu-season documentation as applicable
