- Night shift
- 3x12 hours
- 18:45 to 7:15
- 36 hours per week
Unit Details
- Adults to Geriatrics
- 23 beds
- 1:6 ratio
- Unit is specified for COVID-19 and high respiratory patient needs
- Private rooms with the ability to make every room negative pressure when needed
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Georgia
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Med Surg (2 years of experience)
- Med Surg experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Full compliance required to start on time
- Maximum 7 days RTO
- Must work assigned holidays if they fall within the assignment period
- Floating within facility/scope of practice as needed, with possible float to a sister campus
- Georgia license required for CRTs and RRTs, if applicable to the role
Preferred
- 1st timers accepted with the 2-year experience requirement
Clinical Setting / Skills
- High respiratory care needs including Hiflow, CPAP, BIPAP, COVID-19 patients, blood transfusions, wound vacs, and specialty beds
Additional Notes
- Every other weekend unless specified elsewhere; 5 to 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule
- No call required
- Locals accepted at the same rate
