Job Description

• Position: PICU Registered Nurse
• Provide specialized nursing care in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit.

• Flu Vaccine: Required during flu season (Oct-April 1) or valid medical/religious exemption form.
• COVID-19 Vaccine: Preferred but not required as of May 2024.
• Respirator Clearance: Required within 1 year of start; updated annually for direct placements.

Facility Specific Requirements

• Completion and review of facility orientation guides, confidentiality agreements, dress and grooming standards, harassment-free workplace policies, IT acceptable use policies, and parking information.
• Completion of medication test study guide prior to start.
• Submission of medical or religious influenza exemption forms if applicable.
