Position Details

Experience Requirements

- Negative TB test or chest X-ray per facility protocol; updated annually
- Required immunizations or positive titers for:
- Rubeola (Measles)
- Mumps
- Rubella
- Hepatitis B (positive titer or declination accepted)
- Varicella
- Negative 9 or 10 panel drug screen within 30-45 days of start (instant tests not accepted)
- Flu vaccine or medical/religious exemption required during flu season (Oct-Mar)
- COVID vaccine not required for this location but documentation collected for tracking
References and Work History
- Two professional references required within 1 year of start (one must be supervisor/manager or charge RN)
