Role Overview

Travel/Contract position in West Hollywood, California
Day shift: 5x8 hours, 9:00 to 19:30
Training schedule: 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Guaranteed hours: 40 per week
Weekend rotation required
First-timers accepted
Locals accepted
Pending license not accepted
RTO must be requested before offer
Block scheduling not accommodated
Float within department as needed

Required Qualifications

Intraoperative Neuromonitoring Technologist with 2 years of experience
Intraoperative Neuromonitoring Technologist experience within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross or RQI
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross or RQI
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross or RQI
NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
ABRET CNIM
Flu vaccination required
Government-issued photo ID
State license verification
Acknowledgement of Pass/Fail Testing
2 professional references, including 1 supervisory reference
Physical exam within 1 year of start showing ability to meet essential physical job functions
Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
Drug screen within 1 year of start
Fit test within 1 year
Hepatitis B vaccine series, titer, or declination
Measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella immunity documentation or vaccination history
Required background check and education verification
California Nurse Aide Registry check is required for CNA placements only, not for this role
