Location

• Albany, New York
• Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility
• No local travelers accepted

Employment Type

• Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
• Contract length: 13 weeks

Work Schedule

• Shift options: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Specialty & Experience

• Specialty: Electrophysiology (EP) Lab Registered Nurse
• Required experience: Minimum 2 years in specialty
• Preferred skills: Ability to scrub EP procedures (preferred but not required)
• Core duties: Medicate, monitor, circulate

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in New York
• Electrophysiology Lab experience with a minimum of 2 years, including experience within the last year
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing

Health and Safety Requirements

• COVID-19 vaccination proof, booster by September 2025, or approved exemption (declination not accepted in CA or IL)
• MMR: Proof of 2 vaccinations or immunity titer
• Hepatitis B vaccination series started prior to start date
• Influenza vaccine proof or exemption (optional)
• Varicella vaccination or immunity proof
• 2-step PPD or IGRA TB test; if positive, chest x-ray per regional requirements
• Fit test for respiratory protection (if applicable)
• 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start (no THC)

Professional and Compliance Requirements

• Criminal background check (federal, nationwide, county) within last 7 years, dated within 30 days of start
• Education verification of highest academic degree or diploma/GED
• Verification of license/certification dated within 30 days of start
• Various signed compliance forms including code of conduct, confidentiality, conflict of interest, integrity and audit services, patient information security, and system access forms
• Federal exclusion lists (EPLS, OIG, NSO) checks dated within 30 days of start
• Trinity Joint Commission CORE exam within the last year
• Skills checklist provided by agency for clinical contractors
