Job Opportunity: CT Technologist

Location: Aurora, Illinois
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Work Schedule

• 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (7 PM - 7 AM)
• Every third weekend on call (7 PM - 7 AM)
• On-call requirement 2-3 times per week (overnight and weekends)
• 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Illinois
• Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
• BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or Red Cross
• Experience with Epic
• Completion of workplace violence prevention training (DCI/BVP)

Required Onboarding and Compliance

• Drug screening (minimum 10-panel test including THC) within 60 days of start
• Annual fit test for respirator (must be completed prior to start)
• COVID-19 vaccination (2 doses plus booster) or completed declination
• Proof of immunity or vaccination for MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Influenza (or declination where allowed), Tdap, and TB test within one year of start
• Annual TB questionnaire
• Physical/Health statement confirming clearance to work (completed annually or within 60 days of start)
• National criminal background check within one year of start
• Social Security Card or Passport (for identity verification)
• Professional license verification with primary source verification within 30 days of start
• Completion of core competencies exam (minimum 80%)
• Completion of workplace violence prevention training (DCI/BVP)
• Signed job description (current within the year)
• Badge photo (clear headshot)

Required Documentation at Offer Acceptance

• Up-to-date resume reflecting recent work history
• Two professional references (one must be from a manager or direct supervisor)
• Skills checklist

Additional Information

• Must complete onboarding education attestation prior to clearance to start
• On-call duties require flexibility and availability during nights and weekends

• Prior experience as a CT Technologist preferred
