Emergency Room Nurse - New Jersey (Mullica Hill)

Job Summary

Seeking an Emergency Room nurse with recent experience in a high-volume, fast-paced ED setting.

Requirements

• Specialty: Emergency Room
• Years of Experience: Minimum 3 years of recent ED experience required
• Prior Travel Experience: Required (must have completed at least one prior travel contract)
• Education: BSN
• Licensure/Certifications:

  • NJ Nursing License or Compact License
  • AHA BLS
  • ACLS
  • PALS
  • NIHSS
  • Note: Pending certifications or those expiring within 30 days of submission are NOT accepted

Work Schedule

• Weekend shifts: Every other weekend or 3 per month depending on needs
• Holidays: None
• Return to Office (RTO): No more than 3 days accepted
• No block scheduling or special requests allowed

Orientation

• Completion of full orientation is mandatory; failure to complete results in immediate termination
• Orientation includes virtual welcome meeting, online HealthStream modules, in-person classes (typically Tues-Thurs), and unit-based orientation
• Badge ID appointment must be completed in person during orientation (photo submissions not accepted)

Additional Requirements

• Background check, drug screen, employment and educational verification
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccine, influenza vaccine, Hep B, MMR, TdaP, Varicella, and TB screening
• Various screenings including FACIS 3M, NJ Debarment, National Sex Offender, OFAC, OIG, SAM Sanction, and others
• Competency exams and skills checklists required
